Kade, a freshman cross country runner, hurt his knee in training. Therapists recommended he be sidelined for 3 to 5 months. Kade began daily training on his GlideCycle and his doctor allowed him to run with the team after 3 weeks. In his 4h week he entered a 4 school meet and took second place! He continued GlideCycle training and went on to become 5th man on the state championship team!!!
